DeeniNikah.com provides an online matrimonial platform as an alternative to traditional newspaper advertisements and matchmakers. The platform is designed especially for practicing Muslims who are sincerely looking for marriage. The website may only be used for personal matrimonial purposes and cannot be used for commercial activities.
This website is intended for serious marriage purposes for practicing Muslims and should not be used for casual relationships or engagement.
Users may browse and use our website only by following these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement
To use DeeniNikah.com, you need to access or register through a mobile device or computer. We act as an intermediary as defined under the registration laws of Bangladesh. By using our website, you agree to the legally binding terms of this electronic Agreement.
For the purpose of this Agreement, users are divided into three categories: Unregistered User, Registered User and Member.
Unregistered Users are people who have not created an account but may browse publicly available biodatas.
Registered Users are people who have created an account but do not yet have an approved biodata.
Members are users whose biodata has been created and approved by DeeniNikah.com.
By using this website, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you wish to use DeeniNikah.com services, become a Member or publish your biodata for other users, you must complete the required registration process and accept this Agreement.
By using our services, you also consent to the collection, processing, display and use of the personal information you provide, including professional information, identity documents if provided, religious information and other required details. If you do not agree with the collection or processing of such information, please do not register on the website.
2. Eligibility
- A. To register as a Member or use DeeniNikah.com for marriage purposes, you must meet the legal marriage age according to Bangladeshi law, currently 18 years or above for females and 21 years or above for males.
- B. DeeniNikah.com is intended only for individuals who are legally eligible for marriage. Membership is not available where such use is prohibited by applicable law.
- C. By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement, have the authority to provide the information requested by us, and are not legally restricted from entering into marriage by any applicable law, court order, tribunal decision or other lawful authority.
- D. You also confirm that you are using this website for genuine matrimonial purposes and not for casual relationships. If DeeniNikah.com determines that you are not eligible for membership or that you have provided false information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services.
- E. By using this website, you give DeeniNikah.com permission to display your approved biodata to other users who are searching for marriage.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and login information. You are also responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
You should log out after completing each session and inform us as soon as possible if you notice any unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse or other security issue related to your account.
4. Terms and Conditions
- A. This Agreement will remain applicable for as long as you continue to use DeeniNikah.com.
- B. You may contact DeeniNikah.com customer support regarding a refund of your Connections. For detailed information and applicable conditions, please review our Refund Policy.
5. Non Commercial Use by Members
DeeniNikah.com is intended only for personal matrimonial purposes. Users may publish and promote their biodata only for finding suitable marriage matches.
Businesses, organizations, corporations or other commercial entities are not permitted to use DeeniNikah.com for commercial activities.
Any unauthorized, illegal or commercial use of the website, including unauthorized linking, framing or misuse of its content, may result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.
6. Other Terms of Use for Members
- A. DeeniNikah.com reserves the right to review the activity and status of any account and may restrict or terminate access if necessary.
- B. By registering on DeeniNikah.com, you agree that you may receive emails, SMS messages or calls from DeeniNikah.com and, where applicable, from other users or members in relation to matrimonial purposes.
- C. A person is not allowed to create or maintain multiple biodatas on DeeniNikah.com. Duplicate biodatas may be removed or deactivated without prior notice.
- D. You confirm that all information, content and personal details provided by you are true and accurate. Creating an account or biodata by impersonating another person is prohibited and may result in legal action.
- E. DeeniNikah.com reserves the right to take any reasonable action necessary to protect the website, its Members and Users from misuse, fraud, abuse or exploitation.
- F. DeeniNikah.com approves biodata only if the male user performs salah 5 times a day, keeps a wazib beard and wears clothes above the ankle. For female users, biodata will be approved if she performs salah 5 times a day and maintains the Islamic dress code for women along with the niqab.
Both male and female users must receive permission from their guardian before publishing a biodata on the website. Before approval, DeeniNikah.com may verify the biodata by contacting the user's guardian.
- G. All Members and Users registering with DeeniNikah.com are required to read, understand and agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
- H. Unregistered Users may view published biodatas only for personal matrimonial purposes. Using the website for any commercial purpose is prohibited.
Users are not allowed to share screenshots or copy information from biodatas and publish it on public social media platforms.
Registered Users and Members may view biodatas and communicate with guardians only for genuine personal matrimonial purposes. Commercial or illegal use of the information is strictly prohibited.
If a valid complaint with supporting evidence is received against a Member, DeeniNikah.com reserves the right to take appropriate action, including permanently terminating the account.
- I. Registered or unregistered users are not allowed to copy biodata information or use screenshots of any biodata, including their own, for commercial promotion.
Users may share a biodata link only for genuine personal matrimonial purposes. DeeniNikah.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who misuses website content for commercial purposes.
7. Ownership of the Content on DeeniNikah.com
All rights relating to the DeeniNikah.com website and its services belong to DeeniNikah.com.
The website may contain trademarks, copyrighted materials and other proprietary content belonging to DeeniNikah.com or its licensors.
Unless content is publicly available or proper permission has been granted, users may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, perform or sell such content.
If a user violates or attempts to violate these rights, DeeniNikah.com may immediately block or terminate the user's account and may take civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.
8. Copyright Guidelines
Users must not publish, distribute, reproduce or use copyrighted materials, trademarks or other protected content without prior authorization from the lawful owner.
9. Member Disputes & Your Interaction with Other Members
You are fully responsible for your personal communication, interaction and dealings with other DeeniNikah.com Members.
DeeniNikah.com is not required to monitor disputes between users, but we reserve the right to review complaints and take appropriate action when necessary.
DeeniNikah.com may take action against Members who violate our rules. We are not obligated to disclose details of such actions to other users or complainants.
DeeniNikah.com is not responsible for personal interactions, communications or disputes that occur between Members.
10. Privacy
Your use of DeeniNikah.com and its services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy protection requirements.
11. Disclaimers
- A. DeeniNikah.com is not responsible for false, incorrect or misleading information posted by Users or Members, or for the online or offline behavior of any User or Member.
- B. DeeniNikah.com will not be responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of information, technical problems, transmission delays, communication failures, unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of user communications or data.
- C. The exchange or display of matching biodatas through DeeniNikah.com should not be considered a marriage proposal, recommendation or guarantee from DeeniNikah.com.
DeeniNikah.com will not be responsible for any loss, harm or damage arising from a relationship, including a marital relationship, that develops through the use of our services.
- D. DeeniNikah.com does not guarantee uninterrupted use of the website or any particular result from using our services.
We do not make any express or implied guarantee regarding the suitability, compatibility or outcome of any person you meet through DeeniNikah.com.
12. Limitations on Liability
DeeniNikah.com will not be responsible to you or any third party for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profit, resulting from the use of the website or its services, even if DeeniNikah.com has been informed that such damages may occur.
Where liability applies, the total responsibility of DeeniNikah.com will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the DeeniNikah.com service during your membership period.

This Agreement is considered an electronic document under the applicable Information Technology laws and rules relating to electronic records. As it is generated electronically, no physical or digital signature is required.
