When You Can Get a Connection Refund
Your Connection may be refunded if:
The person is already married.
The person is already committed or having serious marriage discussions with someone else.
The biodata is found to be fake.
You are unable to contact the person after receiving the contact details.
The person behaves abusively or seriously mistreats you.
Important information in the biodata is found to be false.
You face another genuine issue that our support team verifies.
For valid complaints, the Connection will be refunded within 7 days, In Sha Allah.
When You Cannot Get a Connection Refund
A Connection will not be refunded if:
You or the other party simply decides not to proceed with the marriage proposal.
You accidentally use a Connection on a valid and active biodata.
Money Refund for Unused Connections
If you find your spouse or no longer want to use DeeniNikah.com, you may request a refund for your unused Connections by contacting [support@DeeniNikah.com](mailto:support@DeeniNikah.com).
The refund amount will be calculated based on the average price of your lifetime Connection purchases.
Conditions
Only Connections purchased within the last 3 months are eligible for a money refund.
Connections older than 3 months cannot be refunded for money, but you can still use them anytime, In Sha Allah.
A money refund can be claimed only once per account.
Money refunds are available only for payments made in Bangladeshi currency or through Bangladeshi payment methods.
